The Residence Inn project, located in the beautiful city of Savannah Georgia, started in January of this year and is moving along very well. This hotel will consist of 101 guest suites that include kitchenettes. Twenty four of these rooms will be located in three residential style cottages within the courtyard of the hotel. There will be a pool, workout room and gazebo on the grounds.
Construction is currently proceeding on schedule. On the main building exterior, brick, roofing, and stucco are nearly complete. On the interior, finishes have begun including knockdown paint, wallcovering, tile, casework, and tub surrounds. On the cottage buildings exterior, grading and siding are being completed and on the interior, insulation, drywall, and final rough-in are on going.
The Hampton Inn structure is complete. Currently we are installing exterior sheathing and roofing membrane. Windows should be delivered and installed by early November, giving us a dry building. The building inspector has begun framing and electrical inspections on the second floor and working his way up through the building. We should begin pre-rock of corridor ceilings and walls November 3rd.

At this point the hollow core slabs are complete up to the 4th floor with roof slabs set. Metal stud framing is complete on the first, second and third floors. The stick-built cottage units are completely framed out, sheathed, and have trusses & roofs installed.
This hotel is scheduled to open the beginning of next year.
