The Homewood Suites project in North Charleston began in early 2007 and is complete. It opened June 12, 2008 and took approximately 13 months to complete. This five story hotel consists of 128 extended stay rooms. Each room offers guests a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cook-top stove. It has a West Indies décor with ceiling fans and Low Country prints throughout. There are also four large meeting rooms and one corporate board room. There is a semi service kitchen that services a full buffet area with a spacious dining room. The lobby area has beautiful American walnut flooring and a two sided fire place. The courtyard is both private and spacious with a tropical feel that puts you in the mood of vacationing.

The Hampton Inn project is under way in North Charleston. Recently we have completed grading, storm sewer and parking lot stone installation. Our foundation system is complete. Slab on grade is installed, and first floor masonry walls are completed. Second floor hollow core planks will be installed next week. Our plumbing crew has completed the main sewer line and all building utility service points have been identified. The owner is working on selecting exterior colors.
Holiday Inn Express, Mount Pleasant
February 14th, 2008Bob McCarthy, our new superintendent will be managing this project, which began site work in mid September. The building pad and Stormtech system were completed the week of October 20, 2008. Earthquake drains began fabrication this week, with installation the 1st week in November.
